Everton enjoyed a positive summer transfer window with some promising additions to the squad.
However, there may be questions over whether Sean Dyche is doing enough to get everything out of those signings following an underwhelming start.
The Toffees are now sat outside of the bottom three, however, their only points of the season have only come in the last three games.
There were also exits from Goodison Park over the summer with Everton also needing to sell players to battle against the PSR concerns back in June.
Everton sanctioned the big money sale of Amadou Onana to Aston Villa which saw around £50m come back into the club.
The January window could also see some further big names depart Merseyside with one Serie A side showing a keen interest in one of Dyche’s forwards.

AS Roma are interested in signing Everton striker
Over the summer, Everton showed a real interest in signing striker Tammy Abraham from Roma before he made the move to AC Milan.
But it seems the roles have now been reversed with the Italian side now showing an interest in signing one of Everton’s strikers.

According to Friday’s [11/10] edition of Italian outlet Leggo, AS Roma are keen on potentially signing Beto in January.
It has not been an easy start to the 2024/25 campaign for Roma who sit in ninth spot of the Serie A table.
There is expected to be some exits from Rome in the winter window which may require for some backup for Artem Dovbyk.
And it is claimed Roma are eyeing the complete striker as a potential option as he struggles to pick up minutes at Goodison this season.
