Fulham are now interested in Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay before the transfer window shuts today.
The Scottish international, who Erik ten Hag says is a ‘really good finisher’, has been linked with a move to Everton throughout the summer.
Indeed, The Athletic reported earlier in the window that Goodison Park was a potential destination for the 26-year-old, who has fallen down the midfield pecking order at Old Trafford.

However, Marco Silva’s Fulham could swoop in with a deadine day move for the midfielder, who Manchester United value at around £40m.
That is according to FourFourTwo, who report that McTominay is seen as a potential replacement for Joao Paulinha, who is a target for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
McTominay would be class signing for Everton, but now looks unlikely
Scott McTominay could be a superb singing for the Toffees with his midfield industry and range of passing ideal for Sean Dyche’s side.

Indeed, the Blues could use a midfielder who is a ‘really good finisher’ with goals a rare commodity in Everton’s starting lineup.
Everton were the second lowest goalscorers in the Premier League last season, finding the net just 34 times, with Sean Dyche’s side yet to get off the mark in the league this season.
A 2-1 win at Doncaster Rovers in the League Cup on Wednesday evening saw Everton record their first goals of the season, with a victory earning Sean Dyche’s side a trip to Villa Park in the next round.

Loan signing Arnaut Danjuma and £26m striker Beto both opened their Everton accounts, providing some hope that Sean Dyche’s attacking reinforcements will add much-needed firepower to his starting XI this season.
However, Scott McTominay appears to be one transfer target that Everton will not sign this summer with Craven Cottage looking to be his most likely destination should he leave Old Trafford.
