Change is afoot at Everton as the incoming Friedkin Group prepare to put their stamp on the club.
Under fire manager Sean Dyche is one of those at risk while Dan Fredkin has plans to shuffle things around upstairs.
One position which could be affected is the director of football position, currently held by Kevin Thelwell.
According to Italian outlet La Repubblica, Fabio Paratici is being lined up to replace Thelwell, who’s current deal expires at the end of the season.

The Italian was born in Borgonovo Val Tidone, a small municipal town in the province of Piacenza.

Paratici is currently serving a 30-month suspension from football following accusations of false accounting with Juventus.
The 58-year-old is still allowed to advise clubs externally and has been in contact with Roma in recent weeks.
When could Fabio Paratici start working at Everto
If he were to join Everton, the earliest he could begin working full-time is 30 June 2025.
In the meantime he would be able to adopt a similar approach to his current work at Roma and advise from the background.
Whether that’s a route the club would take is another thing given that Thelwell would still technically be employed.
