Tom Davies has now shared who he will miss when he leaves Everton at the end of this month.
The academy graduate leaves the club on a free transfer at the end of June after rejecting a contract renewal.
Indeed, Davies has struggled for first team football under the stewardship of successive managers at Everton and moves on to seek playing time elsewhere.

The 24-year-old has taken to Instagram to post a farewell message to the Toffees, stating: “I am proud to have given all I had in every moment I could. Thank you all again…for everything. You have made a young lads dream come true!”
In response to Davies’ touching message, Everton defender Mason Holgate posted: “The greatest.”
Davies himself then replied to Holgate, stating: “god I’m gonna miss you.”

Tom Davies leaves Everton on good terms
Tom Davies had a stellar debut campaign for the Blues back in 2016/17 but having played under eight permanent managers since then, it is easy to see how a player’s development can be hindered.
No doubt the instability at the club, both on and off the pitch, has been a less than ideal time for a young talent to make their mark at Everton, and Davies is certainly a victim of that.
Perhaps also a victim of his versatility, Davies can play across the midfield and perform a number of duties, and consequently struggled to nail down a specific role.

Heavily linked with Serie A side Monza, Davies now has the opportunity to develop a career for himself elsewhere and at just 24-years-old, he still has room for growth.
It is a shame it did not work out for Tom Davies at Everton, but no doubt he moves on with the best wishes of the club’s fanbase
