Everton’s winless run at the Hill Dickinson Stadium stretched to five games against Leeds United, with fans growing concerned.
The Toffees drew 1-1 with Leeds, coming from behind thanks to another goal by Thierno Barry.

Everton fans, who was your standout performer in the 1-1 draw with Leeds? 🤔
While there was praise for Everton’s show of character, and David Moyes’ half-time switch to a back three, there was a frustration about dropping more points at home.
Everton started really well at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but have now started to falter.
For Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, the plan should be clear for Evertonians moving forward.
Everton fans urged to up Hill Dickinson Stadium’s intimidation factor

Leeds boss Daniel Farke was left impressed by the Hill Dickinson Stadium after his first visit on Monday.
A number of opposition managers have praised Everton’s new home, but it has yet to become a fortress.
Perhaps the transition was always going to be tricky given how iconic Goodison Park was, but the frustrating part is that Everton did actually start quite well.
It’s only in the last couple of months that Everton have started to struggle.
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink weighed in on Everton’s new stadium struggles last night, and reckons fans need to recapture that intimidation factor from Goodison.
Speaking on Sky Sports ahead of the game with Leeds, he said (Sky Sports): “Goodison, to be fair, was special
“It was a place where I personally never did well, because the fans were really close on you and the atmosphere.
“That’s what they need to create a little bit in a different way at that new stadium, and they haven’t yet. But I’m sure they will.”
Former Everton loanee Conor Coady also talked up Goodison Park, and has urged his former club to keep plugging away to make the Hill Dickinson Stadium a fortress.

Everton need to avoid psychological block
It is paramount that Everton win a home game relatively soon, because there is a risk of this developing into a psychological block.
People are starting to acknowledge that Everton are struggling at home right now, and the longer the winless run goes on, the more it becomes a ‘thing’.
What do you miss most about Goodison Park after months in the Hill Dickinson Stadium? 🥺
The new stadium has surpassed all expectations so far 🔥
Perhaps Everton need to lean into the counter-attacking style more when playing at home, as they do so well when playing away.
At the moment, it’s as though Everton feel a pressure or an obligation to try and take the game to their opponent.
But in any case, Moyes needs a win fairly soon. Because his side need not be pitching up at the HDS with stage fright.
