Everton have made seven new signings so far this summer transfer window and they’re close to adding an eighth.
The Toffees are close to signing Tyler Dibling from Southampton after agreeing a £42m deal, which will make him one of the most expensive recruits in the club’s history.
Dibling is booked in for a medical at Everton and will likely be available to face Wolves next Saturday, with Brighton coming too soon.

Jordan Pickford says one new Everton signing looks like a ‘top player’
Speaking to The Mail, Pickford explained the conversations he held with Grealish ahead of his move to Everton.
“I’m good friends with Jack. When the Everton rumours started, we had a couple of conversations. I said he’d love it here, it’s a proper home club, and messaged “Hurry up you!”
“When he told me it was nearly all done, I was like “Box ticked.” Jack has a stature. He is always smiling and lights the place up.”
The Everton shot-stopper then revealed how Grealish has looked in training.
“You should see him in training, he is a top player. It’s massive for Everton to sign someone like him.
“We’ve got lads coming in now who have won titles. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall won in Europe with Chelsea last season. They are going to push and we have to follow.”
Jack Grealish expected to make full debut vs Brighton
Grealish is expected to make his full debut against Brighton after his 20-minute cameo at Elland Road last weekend.
The 29-year-old could start in the attacking midfield role, with Iliman Ndiaye assuming his usual role on the left.
Grealish and Dewsbury-Hall linked up nicely at Leeds and the Everton duo could cause Brighton some real problems this afternoon.
It’s set to be an electric and memorable atmosphere in the first-ever competitive game at the new Hill Dickinson Stadium.
52,000 fans will be in attendance, hoping to see the Manchester City loanee named in the starting line-up.
