This would be the perfect ending for The Grand Old Lady, as emotions will begin to run high.
The game has already got off to a rocky start however, as Paul Tierney will VAR Everton vs Ipswich, which is the same official who missed Luis Diaz’s controversial goal vs Everton.
But Moyes won’t let this put a dampener on the final moments of such a great stadium, however McKenna has already made an unusual claim ahead of the encounter.

Kieran McKenna’s unusual claim about Everton boss David Moyes
The last meeting between the two ended in delight for Sean Dyche as Illiman Ndiaye and Michael Keane handed Moyes’ predecessor three points.
With The Tractor Boys already relegated, they will also be looking to take in every moment left in the Premier League, so it won’t be an easy affair.

Chris Sutton sees a home win for Everton but away from the game, McKenna has looked into Moyes’ career.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference on Thursday, the Ipswich boss said: “It’s hard not to admire (Moyes’ career).
“It’s becoming less common to have a career with his longevity at the highest levels of the game and he’s doing a good job at Everton.”

Moyes’ return has been perfect timing for Everton
It’s been an extraordinary career for the Scotsman, as despite the lows of his short tenure at Manchester United, Moyes has found his home again with Everton.
There could only be one man to see Goodison out perfectly, and no doubt a tear will be shed from the Everton manager.
Despite it hoping to be the ideal send-off, Everton fans aren’t happy with the seat price as the Toffees faithful will want to take a part of their home with them.
With Dyche’s toxic ending, the final season for the stadium was looking to turn sour, but Moyes’ return has been very welcomed, but the end is nigh for Goodison.
