Everton have a number of former players to keep your eye on in the Championship this season.
Tom Cannon finally scored for Sheffield United on the weekend, which ended a seven-month wait for a goal.
Lewis Dobbin is also in the second tier with Preston North End, and the former Toffees striker is enjoying a productive season.

Harrison Armstrong is also on loan at North End and is absolutely smashing it, so much so that Everton could recall him in January.
Another former Toffees star was in action on the weekend for Leicester City, and he left supporters blown away by his performance.

Former Everton star Asmir Begovic leaves Leicester fans blown away
Asmir Begovic left Everton upon the expiry of his contract in the summer, and he opted to join Championship promotion hopefuls Leicester City on a free transfer.
Begovic was brought in as Leicester’s number two goalkeeper, but an injury to Jakub Stolarczyk has forced him to become the number one in recent weeks.
The former Everton shot-stopper started in the Foxes’ 2-1 win against Stoke City on the weekend and produced a sensational performance.
“Unreal performance from Begovic yesterday. Some top saves,” @Tom_Coopey said on X.
@RFox55_ added: “Absolutely no way can Begovic be dropped when Jakub is back. We comfortably draw that game with Jakub in goal. Need experience and leadership at the back.”
“He should keep his place. Great performance,” @delpollardLCFC commented.
David Moyes looks ahead to Everton’s trip to Old Trafford
“Big fan of Stolarczyk, his stats this season show he’s a very good goalkeeper but enjoying what Begovic is giving us. In a squad that’s got very few characters, he seems a real benefit for us. Shrewd piece of business, just a class act,” @BeanMallard explained.
@jamesconnorlewi posted: “Just seen some of the saves Begovic made yesterday. What a great keeper to have in the squad. Experience, and still at his age a hell of a keeper.”
@BenHarding6 noted: “How good is Begovic by the way. Easily won us the 3 points today. And so so experienced which was huge.”
Asmir Begovic hopeful of returning to the Premier League with Leicester
Speaking to BBC East Midlands Today last week, Begovic made it clear that promotion is the aim this season.
“We have to make sure that we are together, we keep believing and keep working hard.”
When asked if promotion remains the aim, he added: “Absolutely. There is still everything to play for.
David Moyes has never won a Premier League game away at Old Trafford
“There’s still 31 games, so we will make sure that we put in those performances, take it a game at a time and hopefully put a string of wins together and then I think we will be where we need to be.”
Leicester are currently one point off the play-offs and three from third-placed Stoke, so Begovic may well face Everton again in the top-flight next term.
A long way to go yet, though.
