Supporters from Man City can’t believe what Jack Grealish has done at Everton, and they aren’t happy.
Grealish has been a revelation at Everton since arriving on loan from Pep Guardiola’s side.
The winger has found a rejuvenation on Merseyside, and David Moyes’ desire to bring him in has paid off so far.
Tim Sherwood included Grealish in an England XI as his form in the Premier League deserves a return to the Three Lions.
A new announcement gives the 30-year-old a chance of this, as Man City fans are having second thoughts about his loan move.
Man City fans regret Jack Grealish loan after he wins Premier League player of the month at Everton
On Friday afternoon, it was announced that Grealish had been awarded the Premier League player of the month, after grabbing four assists in August.
It was expected, as rival fans agreed Grealish deserved the accolade following his excellent start.
But it’s left Cityzens scratching their heads, and speaking on X, they have admitted that loaning the winger was the wrong decision.
One supporter said that Guardiola “didn’t give him the chance to play his pattern” as he’s found the perfect role with Everton.
Another fan said City “shouldn’t have let him leave” and how “It was a mistake” now that Grealish is thriving.
One City fan claimed that the winger should be recalled “in January,” as another admitted the award was “totally deserved,” suggesting his club “are the bad guys.”
Another Cityzen is struggling to defend Guardiola’s decision to loan him, saying, “The Pep narrative is going to be the end of me.”
Elsewhere, a fan claimed that “Pep is the problem,” even though Guardiola just wants Grealish to ‘play’.
Of course, the winger wasn’t getting this game time, so the choice to make the move to Everton is paying off, to City’s dismay.
It’s quite obvious why the England international is finding his feet again, and he’s made that very clear himself.
Jack Grealish is playing with more ‘freedom’ at Everton compared to Man City
The winger is proving his doubters wrong, and it’s safe to say the fanbase from the Manchester club aren’t sitting well with the decision.
But Guardiola ultimately knew this was what the 30-year-old needed for his own career, as Grealish has more ‘freedom’ at Everton, and that’s seen through the numbers he’s been putting up.

In Everton’s new-look attack, the man who was once worth £100 million is showing his quality of old.
This award can now give him the momentum he needs to remain consistent, starting with his former club, Aston Villa, on Saturday.
