Everton are looking to keep their good form going, as they face Manchester City in the Premier League this weekend.
Fresh from beating Nottingham Forest last weekend, the Toffees will not look to dent another club’s Champions League hopes.
City’s struggles have been well documented this season.
But they got a resounding 5-2 win over Crystal Palace last weekend, and there is clearly still potential for Pep Guardiola’s side to turn anyone over.
Everton did manage to hold City to a draw in the reverse fixture when Sean Dyche was in charge.
Moyes will be looking for three points at Goodison Park.
Ahead of the game, there’s been a suggestion that City could welcome back Phil Foden from injury.
Phil Foden could make return from injury vs Everton

2024/25 has not been a good season for Foden.
The star won Player of the Season in 2023/24, but his form has dropped off a cliff this time around.
That said, he is still a dangerous player, and he has historically done fairly well against Everton.
He’s scored four goals against the club in 11 appearances in his career so far. He’s also never been on the losing side to Everton.
Furthermore, Foden scored a total of four goals against West Ham United while Moyes was at the helm.
It’s been reported by the Manchester Evening News that Foden could return from injury against Everton on Saturday.
He missed their win over Palace after picking up a knock against Manchester United.
Jordan Pickford called Phil Foden ‘one of the best’ technical players he’s ever seen
While Foden is not having a great season, he remains someone who can just pull something out of the bag – and his quality isn’t lost on Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
Pickford obviously knows Foden well from England, and has seen the City man up close in training.
When asked who the best player in training was in 2022, Pickford said (via MEN): “When I’m with England, it’s so tough to pick. Technically I think Phil Foden is one of the best I have ever seen.”
The likelihood is that Foden won’t start the game, after missing the last through injury.
But Everton need to be wary for if he comes on.
