Everton are beginning to ramp up the heat in their pursuit of signing Jack Grealish from Manchester City.
It has been a tricky market to operate for the likes of Angus Kinnear, with David Moyes now breathing down his neck.
Everton have softened their interest in Tyler Dibling after Southampton slapped a stunning £50m valuation on the 19-year-old.
As a result, Everton have turned their attention elsewhere, for now.
Amid the Dibling saga, Everton have pushed on in their interest in Grealish, with the Man City winger looking for a new club.
Although City do not hold the 29-year-old in their plans for the upcoming campaign, their staggering transfer demands have now been revealed.

Everton informed of Manchester City’s Jack Grealish demands
Sources have suggested Everton will find it difficult to land Grealish this summer, due to the nature of the deal in question.
But a compromise is going to have to be found somewhere, with City keen to move Grealish on in some respect before 1 September.
According to Ben Jacobs, Man City are looking for any interested club to cover the entirety of Grealish’s salary.
Just to put that into context, City will demand a club like Everton to cover the £300k-per-week salary of the former England international.
Other clubs are interested in Grealish, but it is hard to imagine any of them will be keen to cover the forward’s entire salary.
Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Grealish. Spurs were not even paying Heung-min Son anywhere near that figure.
If City do not soften their stance, they could well face keeping hold of a player who is not in Guardiola’s plans for the 2025/26 term.
Everton have other wingers on their radar
After hitting an impasse with Southampton earlier this week over a deal for Dibling, Everton went back to the drawing board.
Everton had six Dibling alternatives on their radar as potential options to go after.
Grealish was one of those players, but there is very much a feeling that he could be signed as well as the Southampton youngster.
The other five consisted of:
- Malick Fofana
- Tom Fellows
- Finn Azaz
- Ben Doak
- Omari Hutchinson
Man City fans have given Grealish a warm welcome on his return to the squad following his Club World Cup omission.
However, his manager does not hold him in such high regard as the 29-year-old has been told to find some minutes elsewhere for the new season.
