The Toffees have now completed their first season in the Hill Dickinson Stadium, which certainly returned mixed success.

Everton will host a golf event at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, that will take place during this year’s Open at Royal Birkdale.

Supporters will be able to fire golf balls from the stands onto the Hill Dickinson pitch for a limited period of time.

The unique event has been recognised by Real Madrid, who are set to replicate it at their recently-renovated Bernabeu Stadium.

That was a disgraceful performance from Everton… something has to change! 😤

Targets will be placed out on the pitch, with fans able to aim away from various spots in the stands.

The Hill Dickinson Stadium is hosting numerous events to provide the club with a welcome financial boost.

Everton’s owners, The Friedkin Group, have recognised the commercial potential on the Liverpool docks and are already showcasing their ability to utilise their significant investment.

Events held at the new stadium will soon make an impact on Everton’s financial records, with the earnings expected to go back into the club.

For a club like Real Madrid to recognise what Everton are doing at the Hill Dickinson Stadium goes to show the positive work being done off the pitch on Merseyside.

However, fans will want to see this translate on the pitch, with a lot of work needing to be done to improve the squad this summer.
