Everton were 2-1 victors against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.
The Toffees moved out of the relegation and up to 15th place, relieving some of the pressure off Sean Dyche.
Dan Friedkin is set to takeover Everton and once he’s in post there has been some discusion of dismissing Dyche.
Gareth Southgate has been linked with the Everton job but that talk is now set to dampen after yesterday’s win.
Though, Dyche’s future was discused on talkSPORT after the game.

Jamie O’Hara says Sean Dyche is the right man for Everton
Speaking on talkSPORT (7:12pm) on Saturday evening, Jamie O’Hara emphasises that Dyche is the right man to take Everton forward despite links to David Moyes.
“Listen, we said this, right? If you sacked Sean Dyche, who would you want in at Everton? You would want Sean Dyche,” O’Hara said.
When Moyes was suggested, O’Hara said: “I don’t think Moyes will take it yet. I don’t think he will take it yet.”
Dyche has more than enough credit in the bank to keep his position and get Everton back on track, so talks of dismissing him should end.
Jarrad Branthwaite will make huge impact
Jarrad Branthwaite was exclellent against Crystal Palace on his return to the side after missing the first five games through injury.
The 22-year-old will make a huge impact now that he’s back and Everton should start to ship fewer goals – which has been an issue this term.
The Merseysiders are next in action on Saturday, as they take on Newcastle United.
