The new stadium has certainly helped to play a huge part in the financial security of the club.

The Friedkins landed a lucrative naming rights deal for Everton’s stadium in the early stages of their reign at the club.

However, they have continued to show they are looking to extract every possible penny from their state-of-the-art new stadium.

And that will only benefit the Blues on the pitch.
