Everton have released their 2026/27 away kit on Friday morning, following a unique advertisement campaign around the city of Liverpool.

The Toffees unveiled their home kit for the new season just two weeks ago, with two of their three kits for the upcoming term now out on sale.

David Moyes and his men are currently up in Scotland preparing for the start of their pre-season friendlies at the weekend.

Absolutely love this! A real classy kit for the Toffees… 🤩

Everton’s bizarre advertisement campaign for away kit launch

Earlier in the week, a billboard was displayed in the city of Liverpool showcasing the new 2026/27 Everton away kit.

The poster included members of the men’s and women’s team modelling the away shirt, despite the club not officially unveiling it at the time.

Some thought this may have actually been an error on the advertisement company’s part, but more posters were to follow.

Club icon Phil Jagielka was then spotted wearing the away shirt during Thursday’s unofficial opening of the golf event taking place at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Clearly, the deliberate act of leaking the away kit on purpose worked in drumming up some interest given the official unveiling had not yet happened.

Everton will wear new 2026/27 away kit vs Dundee

Everton kick-off their pre-season against Dundee on Saturday, with the first opportunity for the players to impress David Moyes on offer.

The newly-released away kit will be worn by the players as they face the Scottish Premiership side, who will be wearing their navy home kit.

Ultimately, Everton were forced into unveiling their new away kit this week as they would not have been able to play in their home kit due to the colour clash.

Fans are now able to purchase the away kit ahead of Saturday’s game at Dens Park.

Castore provide a historic look from Everton’s past

The 2026/27 away kit is designed around one of Everton’s first away strips to feature the amber accents.

In the late 1950s Everton wore a white away shirt, which had a blue and amber hoop across the middle of the chest.

Everton will be pairing the white shirt with royal blue shorts and white socks; the shorts and socks also feature the amber accents.

However, it must be noted that if you are purchasing the away kit in baby sizes, the strip will come with blue socks.
