Everton are ready to spend big and are already in talks with a number of transfer targets.
The Friedkin Group will hand David Moyes a hefty budget this summer once PSR restrictions are lifted at the start of July.
Moyes is currently in talks to sign Thierno Barry, whilst Manchester City trio John Stones, Jack Grealish and James McAtee have also been linked to Finch Farm.
It surfaced this week that the Toffees are looking at Nicolas Tagliafico, too, as he enters the final couple of weeks of his contract at Lyon.
Now, former world champion boxer Tony Bellew has shared his absolute dream signing for Everton.

Tony Bellew’s dream signing for Everton is Jude Bellingham
Bellew, who is a big Evertonian, was at Socceraid this year and was asked who his dream signing for Everton would be.
The 42-year-old didn’t hesitate and instantly said Real Madrid and England midfielder Jude Bellingham.
“Jude Bellingham changes everything at Everton football club. Energy, power, precision, goals. The boy can do everything.
“I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again, Jude Bellingham will end up going down when his career’s finished the greatest English player ever.”
Everton do need a goal-scoring midfielder
Whilst Bellingham evidently isn’t attainable, Everton certainly do need to sign a midfielder with similar attributes.
Moyes has identified the lack of goals in recent years as a real issue and is in the market for a more attack-minded central midfielder.
Sheffield United’s Gustavo Hamer is on Everton’s radar, as is former Manchester United man Fred, whose attacking output has dramatically improved with Fenerbahce.
Moyes was keen on Burnley’s Josh Brownhill after his 18-goal season in the Championship, however, those rumours have since gone quiet.
A telling couple of months lie ahead on Merseyside.
