Everton shelled out around £40m on Tyler Dibling’s signature in the summer transfer window.
After showing great promise at Southampton, Everton decided to make Tyler Dibling one of their most expensive signings of all time.
Clearly, David Moyes is a big believer in his talent, however, the Scotsman has barely given him any opportunities.
Everton are interested in Imran Louza, thoughts Toffees fans? 👀
The 19-year-old has played less than 200 minutes of Premier League football, and most of that has come over the last couple of games, in the absence of Iliman Ndiaye.
Now, there is a transfer rumour coming to light that doesn’t make for great reading if you’re Dibling.

Everton’s interest in Brennan Johnson says a lot about Tyler Dibling
It has been reported that Everton are interested in Brennan Johnson, with the Tottenham Hotspur winger more than likely to depart this month.
Crystal Palace are leading the race to sign Johnson, and the expectation is that he will sign for the Eagles in the coming days.
Everton are interested in Brennan Johnson… is he what we need? 🧐
Despite that, it shows Moyes was seriously considering spending in excess of £30m on a new wide player.
That will surely leave Dibling feeling quite frustrated, as it amplifies the fact that Moyes doesn’t really trust the teenager.
Johnson is a right-winger by trade, so he would’ve been competing against Ndiaye and Dibling, leaving the former Saints star to be third-choice.
David Moyes must place his full trust in Tyler Dibling
It makes little sense for Everton to go out and sign another winger this month, unless it’s competition for Jack Grealish.
There are far more pressing matters, with a striker, midfielder and full-back all positions which need strengthening more urgently.
Moyes must place his full trust in Dibling and give him a proper run of games whilst Ndiaye is away at AFCON.
Dibling did impress the Everton manager against Nottingham Forest earlier this week, so he’ll more than likely retain his starting spot for Brentford this weekend.
Perhaps if he can find some rhythm, the teenager will really start to show why he was one of England’s most coveted talents.
