After a chaotic deadline day, Everton announced the loan signing of Tyrique George.
The Toffees swooped for the youngster from Chelsea, having reached an agreement on Sunday.
George travelled to Merseyside yesterday, did his medical and all media work, before his signing was then officially announced after the 7pm deadline.

Fans were growing a little worried as the day progressed and in the end, Everton needed a deal sheet to finalise the move.
But thankfully the club got the deal done, and fans can now get excited about watching a young player with serious promise.
Last night, George gave his first words as an Everton player – and admitted he’s excited to share the pitch with one player in particular.
Let us know what your advice to Tyrique George would be after signing for Everton… 🤔
What are you wanting to see from the youngster 💥
Tyrique George excited to play with Tyler Dibling at Everton
George is excited to get going, talking up playing for a massive club with great fans.
The youngster also showered praise on David Moyes, who he believes to be ‘an amazing manager’.

But George is also keen to share the pitch with Tyler Dibling, a player he knows well from the England U21s.
When asked about his fellow Everton winger, George said (via Everton YouTube): “He’s a great player, and a great person as well. Nice guy.
“I can’t wait to share the pitch with him.”
George also revealed that he had briefly chatted with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall at Finch Farm. Dewsbury-Hall, of course, signed for Everton from Chelsea last summer and knows the youngster well.

George should settle quickly
With the likes of Dibling and Dewsbury-Hall around, one would hope that it won’t take long for George to get comfortable at Everton.
It can be tricky sometimes for young players to settle. But George already has two familiar faces at Finch Farm which is absolutely ideal.
Deadline day is now done… what’s your thoughts, Toffees? 😬
What more could have been done? 🫣
Hopefully he will hit the ground running as soon as possible, because Everton need to be much better in the wide areas.
With Jack Grealish out injured for the foreseeable, Moyes needs George to step up.
He has the attributes to excel, and the likes of Thierno Barry and Beto will hopefully benefit from having a direct and unpredictable player operating in the final third.
