Everton will be hoping this international break can provide them with a clean slate following a dreadful start to the season.
Sean Dyche has watched on as his side have slumped to three defeats from their opening three Premier League games.
Despite their struggles on the pitch, there are issues just as big going on in the background as Farhad Moshiri looks to complete his sale of the club.
Everton are now in a period of exclusivity with John Textor but there are still a number of obstacles which need to be overcome to complete a deal.
And there has now been a report which has shared some concerning details about the current Everton owner with a deal in the works.

What sources have said about Farhad Moshiri at Everton
There are some major issues when it comes to Textor’s big for Everton with the American billionaire also holding a stake in Crystal Palace.
Due to the Premier League rules, Textor must first sell his stake in Palace before the bid for Everton can proceed.
And it seems as if there may well be some issues internally at Everton with Moshiri that Textor could well come across.

According to the Daily Mail, there are numerous sources inside Everton who have claimed Moshiri is difficult to deal with.
One source even described their own dealings with Moshiri as ‘chaotic’ which would not fill fans with much hope of a deal being a straightforward conclusion on Merseyside.
However, it has now been over a year of Moshiri trying to find a way out at Goodison Park so there may well be a hope the Toffees’ owner is now just keen to conclude a deal.
But the report does claim the longer the proposed deal is stretched out for the more damaging it becomes for all involved.
Everton need a big boost off the pitch
With the football on the pitch going the way it is currently, there needs to be a big boost from somewhere to pick up the Everton fans.
A win on the weekend against Bournemouth could have helped change the mood around Goodison but the manner of the defeat was hugely disappointing.
Now, a win may not do a lot to boost the fans after the break considering the performances that have been on display so far this season.
But seeing the takeover make some meaningful progress could be something that would give the Everton fans some hope that brighter times are on the horizon.
