Everton have now completed the signing of Napoli winger Jesper Lindstrom on a season-long loan.
The Toffees have made a promising start to the summer transfer window which has now seen Sean Dyche welcome three new faces to Goodison Park.
Iliman Ndiaye, Tim Iroegbunam and Jesper Lindstrom have now been added to the Everton squad for the 2024/25 campaign.
The Danish winger is now making the move to the Premier League from a Napoli side which got their hands on the Serie A title just over 12 months ago.
But it seems as if a recent chat with Dyche may well have persuaded him to make to move to England with the Toffees.

What Sean Dyche told Jesper Lindstrom before signing for Everton
It has not just been a bright start for Everton off the pitch but also on it with some impressive displays in the recent friendly against Sligo Rovers.
Although the Blues were held to a 3-3 draw over in Ireland, the likes of Youssef Chermiti were able to put on a showing for Dyche.
It is a summer which is providing Everton the opportunity to build on what was a promising end to the 2023/24 campaign.
And – despite the ongoing takeover headache – the Toffees do seem to be making some promising moves in the transfer market.
Speaking to the club website after inking his deal on Merseyside, Lindstrom has admitted he was really impressed with what Dyche told him about his potential role at the club.
“I’ve spoken to the manager. It sounds as though he likes the way I play football and I can be a good fit for the team with my speed, so now I want to deliver,” said the Danish winger.
“I know he trusts me and that’s another reason I’m here – because I need that trust from the coach and I need trust from my teammates. I’m ready to show them I can help.”
Jesper Lindstrom shares what he feels he can bring to Everton
In Lindstrom, Everton are bringing in a forward who has vast experience now having played in both the Bundesliga and Serie A.
Last season did not exactly go to plan for the 24-year-old as he failed to provide any goals for Napoli, but he is convinced that he can bring some positive forward play to Goodison.
Speaking in the same interview, Lindstrom told the Everton fans just what they can expect from him.
“I’m a fast player with a good technique and a good shot, so I think I can add speed on the counter-attacks and I can play in several positions – as a number 10, as a winger,” he said.
“I will give my best. I like to score goals, provide assists and create chances. I hope I can do that here – I know I can do that here.”
