Everton have recalled Harrison Armstrong from his loan spell at Championship outfit Preston North End.
With Idrissa Gana Gueye away at AFCON and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall injured, David Moyes has made the decision to bring back Harrison Armstrong.
Armstrong has been excelling at Preston, and their supporters reckon he’s an England international in waiting.
So, there is little doubt that the 18-year-old midfielder can make an immediate impact in the Premier League.
With that said, here is when Armstrong is next eligible to play for Everton.

When Harrison Armstrong is eligible to play for Everton
According to Everton insider El Bobble, Armstrong is already back at Finch Farm and is actually available to face Brentford this weekend.
Would you start Harrison Armstrong vs Brentford? 🤔
The Toffees welcome Brentford to the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Sunday afternoon, and there is a good chance Armstrong could be named in the starting line-up.
Dewsbury-Hall and Gueye are absent, and James Garner may be needed at right-back due to Jake O’Brien filling in for the injured Michael Keane at centre-back.
So, it could be a straight shootout between Armstrong and Rohl for the midfield spot next to Tim Iroegbunam.
Harrison Armstrong could still return to Preston
According to TEAMtalk, there is a chance that Armstrong could return to Preston before the end of the window.
It’s understood that Preston are hopeful they will have the teenager back once Gueye and a few injuries return.
The ideal preference for Moyes was always for Armstrong to finish the season at Deepdale and then become an Everton first-teamer next season.
It’s easy to forget that he’s still only 18, so it’s crucial that he’s not rushed for the benefit of his development.
Although, a return to Preston could quickly be off the cards if Armstrong were to excel and give Moyes no other choice but to keep him.
