Who is Arthur Barratt?
The 16-year-old midfielder will turn 17 in the early stages of next season, where he will be eligible to sign a professional deal.
Barratt signed for CMG Sports agency late last year following his progression with Chelsea’s academy.
“A creative and elegant playmaker who has progressed through the age groups at Chelsea Football Club winning numerous national titles,” said CMG Sports.
“A really exciting talent with so much more to come!”

Keith Southern will likely be set to welcome Barratt to his U18 side, with the likes of Akarakiri and Braiden Graham already showing their development to the U21s last season.
