Everton, Fulham and RB Leipzig are interested in Timothy Weah’s transfer from Juventus

In an attempt to add goals to Moyes’ squad, Everton are targeting a deadline day transfer for Weah but face competition from Fulham and RB Leipzig to seal his move from Juventus. The USA international has hit five goals plus three assists in 15 Serie A games so far this season.

Weah also has one assist in seven Champions League appearances and penned one assist in the Coppa Italia for 10 total goal involvements through 1,198 minutes. Yet Everton are likely to face disappointment about their interest as Juventus are unlikely to let Weah leave Turin.

Juventus paid LOSC Lille £10m to sign Weah in July 2023 after four years at the Ligue 1 side, which only returned eight goals in 107 games. He also only managed two goals in six games with PSG after graduating out of their academy, whilst netting four in 17 on loan with Celtic.

The winter 2025 transfer window is also not the first time that the Toffees have targeted the USA forward. Weah rejected a loan transfer to Everton in January 2024 amid the Blues’ push for Premier League safety under Sean Dyche, with them also battling PSR points deductions.

Everton remain keen admirers of Weah nonetheless, and now hope to tempt Juventus to let him secure a deadline day transfer. So, with that, Everton News takes a look into everything you need to know about Weah from the Juventus talent’s iconic father to his injury record…
