Everton are set to see a considerable number of their players potentially leave the club on a free this summer.
A lot of work is going to be needed in the transfer window for Everton as they look to really bolster their squad.
David Moyes will be keen to put his own stamp on the group of players which he inherited from Sean Dyche back in January.
Although there will be players departing, Everton are looking to offer Idrissa Gana Gueye a new contract.
The Senegal midfielder has been one of the Toffees’ top performing players this season in what has certainly been a turbulent campaign.
However, there is still a lot of doubt remaining over the future of Abdoulaye Doucoure.
With the midfielder one of the players coming to the end of his deal, he is now being linked with potential moves elsewhere.

Everton’s Abdoulaye Doucoure mooted for Premier League switch
Make no mistake, Doucoure wants to stay at Everton beyond his contract expiring at the end of the term.
The Mali midfielder made that very clear following his winning goal in the away trip to Nottingham Forest the other week.
However, journalist Rory Smith has suggested he would prove a great addition for either of the two Championship sides who have already clinched promotion.
“Doucoure’s on a free transfer from Everton,” he said.
“I think a player like that would massively benefit any of the promoted teams.”
Leeds United and Burnley have already secured their spot in the Premier League for next season, and both have previous transfer dealings with Everton.
Moyes has hailed Doucoure’s efforts this season and has kept playing the midfielder despite his contract situation.
Despite having Carlos Alcaraz sitting on the bench following his loan signing in January, Moyes has stuck with the 32-year-old midfielder.
Doucoure could still remain at Everton
The fact Moyes has continued to play Doucoure from the starting XI despite his contract situation has to be a positive sign for the midfielder.
Moyes said he won’t be bullied into any contract decisions following Doucoure’s celebration and comments after Forest.
But the 61-year-old is showing a lot of faith in a player who is set to depart the club for free when he has a new signing in Alcaraz sat on the bench.
During the game against Manchester City on the weekend, Moyes was furious with Alcaraz for giving the ball away cheaply.
The spotlight is firmly on the likes of Doucoure’s future, but perhaps the questions should be aimed towards the Argentine.
