Everton are set to go through lots of change over the next 12 months.
The ownership is set to change, a move away from Goodison Park is on the horizon, Kevin Thelwell is out of contract at the end of the season, and so too is manager Sean Dyche.
So there are plenty of reasons to be optimistic and hopeful as an Everton fan but at the moment, it all feels really bleak on Merseyside.
Everton were held to a goalless draw against Brentford on the weekend and reside just two points above the relegation zone heading into an extremely daunting run of fixtures.

It looks like a run of fixtures which could spell the end of Dyche – who has been receiving heavy criticism from supporters.
Many Everton fans want David Moyes to replace Dyche, however, Alan Myers has now just shared some telling information which may disappoint the Goodison faithful.

Alan Myers told Sean Dyche is likely to stay
Well-respected Everton reporter Alan Myers has just revealed that Dyche is likely to remain in charge with the current and soon-to-be ownership not planning on making a change in the dugout.
“My understanding is that Dyche has the full backing of current owner Farhad Moshiri and board of directors and he will be in charge for the foreseeable future,” Myers wrote on Sky Sports.
“Many see the change of ownership as a point where the manager’s position will be under severe threat – but from what I understand, there have been no discussions in that regard, or about possible replacements.
“I’m told TFG are fully concentrating on completing the Premier League ownership process and getting their administration positions lined up ahead of a mid-December deal completion.”
Everton have no plans to keep Dyche beyond this season
Whilst Dyche appears set to stay for now, it’s understood the club have no plans to keep him on beyond this season as no contract talks have taken place.
“Dyche’s contract is up at the end of this season and there are no talks, no any sign of any negotiations to extend his stay,” Myers revealed.
The Friedkin Group accept they will have to wait until next summer to find Dyche’s long-term successor, so unless the current situation worsens dramatically, the former Burnley boss will be afforded time to turn things around.
