Everton are looking at a number of wide players.

It’s been reported that Everton are interested in Femi Azeez and Sorba Thomas, who were among the best performers in the Championship last term.

The Toffees have pitched their project to Harry Wilson as the Fulham talisman comes to the end of his contract at Craven Cottage.

After watching him for England vs Croatia, I’m convinced he’d be the perfect right-back signing this summer! 🔥

David Moyes and his recruitment chiefs are also keen on a World Cup wide player, but Arsenal are now providing stiff competition.

Everton now facing competition from Arsenal for Crysencio Summerville

Everton have been linked with a move for Crysencio Summerville for several weeks, as Moyes looks to strengthen his attacking ranks.

West Ham United’s relegation to the second tier means that Summerville is almost certain to leave the London Stadium this summer.

The Toffees looked like a very realistic destination at one stage, however, it’s now being reported that Arsenal have joined the race.

According to Foot Mercato, Mikel Arteta’s side have officially registered their interest in the Toffees target, with Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur also circling.

What would you be doing with Nathan Patterson this summer if you were Angus Kinnear? 👋

Surely the writing is on the wall now?

For Everton to stand any chance of signing Summerville, they’ll have to show their ambition by making other statement signings.

Perhaps if Summerville views the Toffees as a club that can achieve Europe next term, he may opt to make the switch to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Under the Friedkin Group, the club are well-placed to really challenge for the top six in the coming seasons.

After spending in excess of £100m last summer, it wouldn’t at all be surprising if that figure is eclipsed this window.
