Everton’s summer transfer business is still waiting to truly get off the ground.
David Moyes is going to need a busy month and a half before the 2025/26 season kicks off in August.
There is so much transfer business needed at Everton to get the numbers and quality where it needs to be ahead of the new term.
Everton are eyeing four major improvements in the market, but there are going to be much more additions just to cover the players departing as free agents.
So far, Moyes has only seen one signing made since he returned to the club back in January.
Carlos Alcaraz has joined Everton permanently this month, but the 62-year-old will want to see more added, with one former player recently spotted with the Argentine.

Carlos Alcaraz spotted with former Everton player Jack Harrison
Moyes was desperate to sign Alcaraz on a permanent deal after his impressive loan stint from Flamengo.
The Toffees got the deal done and now can plan to use Alcaraz as a successor for the departing Abdoulaye Doucoure.
With the players still enjoying their summer break, Alcaraz has now met up with one former Everton player during his holiday.
Alcaraz formed a strong relationship with Jack Harrison during their short time together on Merseyside.
And the pair have now been spotted together in Miami as Harrison will be plotting his next move having departed Everton.

It has been suggested Moyes could look to bring Harrison back to Everton this summer, but the club will surely be eyeing other targets first.
Some reports even suggested Moyes greenlit a move for Harrison.
Everton are keen to sign new wingers and have been linked with some big names already this summer.
But it is apparent Harrison is still highly thought of by Alcaraz after the Englishman helped him to settle on Merseyside.
Jack Harrison faces uncertain summer
Harrison has been spotted with Orel Mangala as the pair have been training together in Miami ahead of their respective pre-season starting.
What lies ahead for Harrison at Leeds is yet to be seen as he has spent the last two seasons away from Elland Road on loan.
A lot of Everton fans would rather not re-sign Harrison this summer after his disappointing 2024/25 campaign, which produced just one goal.
If there is one person who would like to see Harrison back at Finch Farm later this summer, it is certainly Alcaraz.
