Everton winger Dwight McNeil has been linked with Wolverhampton Wanderers ahead of the January transfer window.
Everton brought in a host of summer signings to bolster David Moyes’ squad, but January offers another chance to tweak the squad.
Fans are keen to see more incomings, with Midtjylland striker Franculino Dju on Everton’s radar.
Brazilian talent Allan has also been linked with Everton, but some players may also need to move on.

Wolverhampton Wanderers could target Everton’s Dwight McNeil
The Daily Mail now report that Wolverhampton Wanderers could make a January move for Everton’s Dwight McNeil.
Wolves need homegrown signings, and McNeil’s name has been mentioned as a possible target.
Wolves sit bottom of the Premier League table with just two points from the first 11 games.
Former Everton target Vitor Pereira has been sacked, and Rob Edwards is now on board as his replacement after leaving Middlesbrough.
Wolves need signings in January to even stand a chance of survival, and McNeil could fit the bill, though this speculation could be more of a suggestion at this stage.
The 25-year-old has proven himself in the Premier League across spells with Everton and Burnley, recording 21 goals and 34 assists in 229 top-flight outings.
Wolves may feel that Premier League experience is required to survive, and McNeil may be available in a January move.
The time is right for Everton to cash in on Dwight McNeil
A key factor here is that Everton are unlikely to stand in McNeil’s way, more than three years since a £20million move from Burnley, as noted by BBC Sport.
McNeil came off the bench against Sunderland, but has played just 51 minutes of Premier League action this season.
The 25-year-old has fallen down the pecking order under Moyes, and he will be entering the final 18 months of his contract come January.
First-choice right-winger Iliman Ndiaye has been an absolute sensation this season, and Tyler Dibling was brought in over the summer.
Everton want to bring Dibling along gradually, but he should have adjusted a little more by the time the transfer window opens.
That should open up the chance for McNeil to leave, bringing in valuable funds for Moyes to reinvest in new additions.
Ndiaye playing at the Africa Cup of Nations may open up a chance, but McNeil’s race at Everton appears to be run.
If Wolves or any other team come up with an offer for McNeil this January, Everton must consider it.
