Everton are looking to add more quality to their squad this January transfer window.
Everton have been in poor form of late and as a result, have slipped into the bottom half of the Premier League table.
That’s coincided with several injuries and absences due to AFCON, so David Moyes must be backed in the market.
The Toffees are exploring a number of deals, with Arsenal playmaker Ethan Nwaneri the latest to be linked to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Everton fans, would you back a move for Ethan Nwaneri this month? 🤔

Now, a fresh update has emerged on Moyes’ transfer plans, with two specific signings being targeted.

Everton are prioritising full-backs over a striker
It was initially reported that Moyes was ‘fixated’ on signing a new striker this winter transfer window amid Thierno Barry and Beto’s struggles.
But, TEAMtalk journalist Harry Watkinson understands that a centre-forward has been pushed down the list of priorities.
Everton are now placing their focus on recruiting a right-back and left-back to upgrade on Jake O’Brien and Vitaliy Mykolenko.
A new striker now looks less likely… how do you feel about that?
Ben White is emerging as a target for Moyes and Bologna’s Emil Holm is also being mooted to join the Toffees.
On the left-back front, Fulham’s Antonee Robinson is on Everton’s radar and would reportedly be open to a return to Merseyside.
David Moyes has clearly seen something in Thierno Barry
Clearly, the shift in priorities is due to Barry’s decent run of form lately, as he’s scored two in his last three games.
Whilst it’s not groundbreaking numbers by any stretch, it does show that the Frenchman is growing in confidence and could come on much stronger in the second half of the season.
Everton are reportedly one of six PL clubs interested in Tammy Abraham 👀
What do you make of this link, Everton fans? Would he be an upgrade on Barry or Beto? 🤔
So, perhaps these next few months will be somewhat of a trial period for Barry, leading up to the summer transfer window.
If a loan deal for a striker arises, then maybe Moyes will consider it, but Angus Kinnear stated last month that the club don’t want to do short-term fixes.
