Everton have secured themselves Premier League safety and can now plan ahead for the 2025/26 campaign.
David Moyes has worked his magic on the side which he inherited earlier in the year from Sean Dyche.
When the Scot returned to Everton, it looked as if the Toffees would be set for another agonising battle until the final moments to secure safety.
Although the bottom three have certainly provided a helping hand to a number of struggling sides, Everton have secured safety on their own merit.
Moyes has admitted he was worried about relegating Everton, but the Blues certainly eased those fears with their early form under the 62-year-old.
This has to act as just the start for Everton under Moyes, with the Friedkins ready to fund Everton’s summer of transfers.

David Moyes shuts down Everton celebrations
Pep Guardiola praised Everton on the weekend as he hailed the Toffees for the threat they bring from set pieces.
It would be fair to say Everton have come a long way under Moyes, but the Scot is keen to highlight Premier League survival is not the goal he wants to set for his players.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Moyes has said the club should not be caught celebrating their Premier League survival.
“I have to say, the players have done such a good job. Got the job done early and got ourselves in a pretty strong position which we want to build on. We want to try and finish the season well,” he said.
“We shouldn’t be celebrating avoiding relegation, that’s far from it. The truth is we have to aim for much bigger and much better than that.”
Moyes has already identified four key areas for Everton to address when the summer transfer window opens.
His mind is focused on Everton returning to the level they were at during his first stint at the club, not the relegation fighters they have become.
Frank Lampard lapped up Everton’s relegation celebrations
Of course, the circumstances were different given it went right down to the wire, but Frank Lampard did not hold back in his celebrations back in 2022.
With the fans on the Goodison Park pitch, Lampard could be seen taking it all in as he celebrated Everton’s survival.
There have been some close shaves over recent years, but Moyes is keen for this to become a thing of the distance past.
Money is going to be needed this summer from the Friedkins and Moyes has already sent them a message about spending some cash.
“We’ve had parts of meetings but it changes all the time. There are bits we need to find out, we have to make sure we are clear in all our PSR issues,” Moyes said from Finch Farm.
“We need to see how deep their pockets are and hopefully they will be deep and give us a chance to make some signings and make some additions to the squad.
