Everton need to push the boat out far in the remainder of this summer, as a very busy August is needed.
This need has been relayed by David Moyes as The Friedkin Group are being put to work.
Moyes wants nine players this window still, and it’s extraordinary to see that happen with limited time left.
Business will no doubt continue right till the end of the window, and one priority target for Everton that has become available is Tyler Dibling.
Dibling is of interest to Everton, and it could become clear that the 19-year-old is exactly what the Toffees need, as some high praise has been put on his name.

Everton target Tyler Dibling is a ‘Paul Gascoigne type’ player
Dibling is being looked at by a lot of clubs, but Everton could be the next step he needs.
The Southampton winger properly emerged onto the scene last season, and despite playing for a dismal Saints side, the youngster shone in his debut season.
Southampton want £55m for Dibling, but of course, this looks very unlikely to be paid by Everton.
But Dibling will no doubt want to explore his next step with his ability clear of Championship level, and if Everton submit a fair offer for the 19-year-old, something could be worked out.
To sign one of the bright sparks in the Premier League would be a real boost for Everton this season, and his ability speaks volumes after what former Toffees star Theo Walcott said about him.
Speaking to the Premier League, Walcott was discussing the league’s best young forwards, and the former Everton winger gave Dibling a very encouraging comparison.
“Do you know what, he’s the closest to a Gascoigne type or a Grealish type. He doesn’t just like to go forward, he likes to track back, the things I would despise to be honest,” Walcott said.
“He’ll probably end up getting a move, but it’s the sign of an academy that has produced some really good players.”

What Russell Martin said about Dibling gives Everton perfect reason for transfer
As the 19-year-old looks to make his mark in the Premier League next season, he needs to secure a move where football will be guaranteed.
Moyes can certainly give him that, and with attacking positions being prioritised for Everton, Dibling is perfect for Everton’s new-look project.
To have a Gascoigne comparison is good going and exemplifies how much promise Dibling has, and what former Saints boss Russell Martin said about the young winger should say to Everton that a £55m fee might not be bad going.
“He’ll play as a number eight or ten eventually, but he can play out wide too and even false nine, he played false nine for us in pre-season and he was our best player,” Martin told The Rest Is Football podcast.
“He’s an amazing young man, but he needs the right style of play and environment to really thrive.
“I don’t think he’ll be cheap, but he’ll be worth every penny.”
The potential of Dibling is clear to see, and with Everton looking to formulate a deal and the winger himself potentially looking to leave, this could be a match made in heaven for the next Gazza.
