After Dele Alli’s exit from Everton last season, the 28-year-old has now found his new venture.

Everton took on the midfielder once more despite his contract expiry last season as Dele trained with Everton a few months ago.

There was promise in the forgotten talent still despite his Everton move not working out after Dele scored a wonder goal in training.

Dele provided a heartfelt statement in December saying he’ll be leaving the club and it’s the right time for him to find his next adventure.

Much was to be expected for the 28-year-old whose career ended up going the wrong way but is hoping to revitalise what was a shining spark in the Premier League.

Now, Dele may have just found what he’s looking for to get his status in football back on track.

As the midfielder returned to train at Finch Farm, former Everton boss Sean Dyche welcomed Dele with open arms.

This was then the start of Dele’s work to get back into the professional game after time out, as Dele secured his place in training with Como in the Serie A.

Como boss Cesc Fabregas was clearly impressed as Fabrizio Romano has just confirmed that the Italian side have agreed a deal to sign the former England international.

Romano understands Dele will sign a contract on Sunday until June 2026 plus an option for a further season based on appearances and availability.

David Moyes may have kept Alli on at Everton if given the choice

David Moyes wouldn’t mind a prime Dele Alli right now after Everton’s misfortunes in creating and scoring goals.

The Everton boss has labelled Dele as ‘terrific’ in the past despite preferring Jordan Pickford in the PFA Young Player Of The Year award in 2017 whilst at Sunderland (The Times).

No doubt Moyes could’ve got the best out of Dele who could maybe see a return to the Premier League if things turn out well at Como.

It’s a chance for the former Toffees player to show his promise on the big stage once more as you’d expect he’ll be getting the backing of the whole Everton fanbase.
