Everton have a number of players who will be growing increasingly anxious about their futures.
The Toffees could wave goodbye to more than 10 players this summer with players coming to the end of their contracts.
There are number of players who David Moyes would like to keep at the club.
Everton have offered Dominic Calvert-Lewin a new deal, but the striker’s future remains uncertain just weeks out from the end of the term.
Some interesting weeks do await Everton when it comes to the direction of the club ahead of the new season.
Securing the future of some of their out-of-contract players would be a positive start to the summer.
And it seems Dwight McNeil would be keen to see one player stick around, in particular.

Dwight McNeil issues Seamus Coleman message at Everton
Seamus Coleman admitted he could leave Everton this summer, with his contract one of many expiring on Merseyside.
The Irishman is a player who perhaps knows the club better than any other at Goodison.
And taking to social media, McNeil has shared a telling message over the 36-year-old with his contract expiring.
Everton posted an image of McNeil and Coleman from Finch Farm, which McNeil reposted to his Instagram story with the message: ‘Skip’ accompanied by a blue heart.

Moyes has praised Coleman’s leadership behind the scenes recently amid the right-back’s return from injury.
And that has to be a telling sign for the Friedkins as the club need to make a decision on Coleman’s future.
He may not be providing anything on the pitch, but his experience and leadership in that dressing room must be priceless.
David Moyes wants Coleman to stay at Everton
Moyes wants Coleman to lead away from the pitch and that could prove incredibly useful as the club make the move to Bramley-Moore Dock this summer.
A lot of the club’s identity could be lost in the transition, but having a player like Coleman to oversee the move on the player’s side could be key.
Everton fans would love Coleman to stay, but there has been a suggestion that he could be better suited as a coach.
Speaking to the media after returning to Merseyside, Moyes has said he wants to see Coleman stick around for a little longer.
“You don’t just keep people for the sake of keeping them because if you did every club would have hundreds of old players,” he said last month.
“But if we had our way we would try and keep Seamus around definitely. Or give him the opportunity to be around, but he may have something else on.
