Everton could land themselves an exciting opportunity through Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus this summer.

David Moyes will be in the market for another striker following Beto and Thierno Barry’s turbulent campaigns for Everton.

Consistency in front of goal has been a massive problem for the Toffees this season, there is no denying that.

Everton could land Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal this summer

There’s a long-standing interest from the Toffees in Jesus, who now only has one year remaining on his Arsenal contract.

David Ornstein has now shared an update claiming Arsenal have been quoting sides around £18m-£20m for their Brazilian striker this summer.

That was a disgraceful performance from Everton… something has to change! 😤

A number of unnamed clubs have been credited with interest in Jesus, who could be on the move this summer.

Having just turned 29, Jesus could mark the perfect addition for Everton this summer.

Jesus is Premier League-proven, having netted 79 goals across his time in the English top flight.

The Brazilian also has plenty of experience in the European tournaments, with 35 goal involvements in his 57 Champions League appearances.

However, there may be some issues for Everton to overcome.

Jesus may demand European football

Just like last summer, Everton are now competing against almost half of the Premier League who are able to offer players with European football.

Jesus has years of experience playing in the Champions League, which will prove hard to let go of completely for the Brazilian.

There is also the issue of the Brazilian’s injury history.

The 29-year-old missed almost all of 2025 through a cruciate ligament injury, which is never good news.

He has, however, made a full recovery and even scored in Arsenal’s final game of the season.

Whether Jesus could be Everton’s main striker or just another addition to bolster Moyes’ options, he certainly has the quality to lead the club forward.
