Everton do not play again until next weekend with FA Cup action providing the Blues with some extra days off.

Of course, David Moyes will have wanted to see his side make a deep run into the historic competition, but the extra days off will be welcomed.

Everton are currently in Abu Dhabi for a training camp in the Middle Eastern heat.

It has been a really positive past month and a half for Everton, who have been guided by Moyes to a 15 point cushion on the bottom three.

March is actually going to be a relatively quiet month for the Toffees with only two Premier League games to play.

Everton fans furious over Arsenal fixture change

Fixture changes usually spark frustration among fan bases as the rescheduled dates and times often provide difficulties of their own.

Everton’s upcoming games against Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal have all been changed for television coverage.

And it is apparent the new fixture times have only annoyed most Everton fans after hearing the news.

The new time for the Arsenal clash did not go down well with @followeverton, who said: ‘Arsenal fixture what an atmosphere killer.’ Whilst @leefmc83 also added: ‘That’s me out of the Arsenal game, no chance I’m going there 12.30 on National Day. Ridiculous decision.’

There is a real concern about the game being played on Grand National day, with @maggiejane1985 saying: ‘Half twelve KO on Grand National day — what clown in the council approved this?’ Everton fan @conorj1878 also claimed: ‘The 12:30 slot on grand national day hahahahah. That Chelsea one is vile as well.’

However, not all fans took the announcement as a negative as @efcthomarse said: ’12:30 kick off at home against Arsenal smells like victory to me.’ But @elliotb1878 did slam the time of their Chelsea visit: ‘State of them. 12:30 at Stamford bridge is laughable’.

New dates for Everton’s April fixtures

Everton are on a seven-game unbeaten run in the Premier League for the first time since Sam Allardyce’s tenure in 2017.

With games against Wolves and West Ham United coming up this month, Moyes will be looking to keep that run of form going.

However, a difficult April does await the Toffees, with some rearranged fixtures now to play.

But it seems as if the early kick-off against Arsenal is the one which has irked the Merseyside fans more than any other in what is a busy day for the area.
