Everton fans want Harrison Armstrong back after scoring again for the England U19s

The exciting talent is currently on a break with the England under-19s, as Armstrong already scored one in the first friendly against Spain U19.

Well, the 18-year-old has done it again, making it two in two, and Everton fans just can’t get enough of the youngster.

One Evertonian spotted his performance and said: “Some talent on our hands here…..,” with another fan agreeing, “What a player we have on our hands.”

“Kid’s gonna be an absolute superstar,” another supporter said as his loan to Preston might be a mistake: “I’ve seen enough, recall him!”

One fan has set his price tag already: “£50M,” as another is praying his development runs smoothly, “Please let the kid develop, he is going to be a giant in the midfield for England.”

It’s clear that Armstrong will be key for Everton’s future, but for now, he’s getting the best development possible.

Former Everton star Lee Carsley will be Harrison Armstrong’s perfect mentor for future England U21 call-up

With the midfielder currently learning his trade in the national set-up, starting with the under-19s is the way to go.

But it won’t be long before Armstrong gets the call-up to the under-21s, and before you know it, a spot in the senior team will have his name on it.

It’s all about baby steps for the Toffees’ prodigy though, and the progression to the under-21s will see him work with Lee Carsley, former Everton midfielder.

Everton fans can see Carsley replacing Moyes one day, as the young coach is showing promising signs, and his nurturing of Armstrong will be vital for his development after showing very good signs.

Carsley, who made 198 appearances for the Blues, will be the perfect mentor for Armstrong, as once again he is shining.
