A number of former Everton players are enjoying a great career elsewhere.

Ademola Lookman is considered one of the best wingers in Europe at Atletico Madrid, with Diego Simeone stunned by how good he is.

Moise Kean has also reinvigorated himself since leaving the Toffees and has been linked with a move back to the Premier League.

Former Everton attacker Nikola Vlasic tipped to join Borussia Dortmund

Everton sold Nikola Vlasic in 2019 after the Croatian attacking midfielder failed to make an impact on Merseyside.

Vlasic scored two goals in 19 appearances for the Toffees and was moved on swiftly by manager Marco Silva.

Since then, the 61-cap international has enjoyed spells at CSKA Moscow and now Torino, with an underwhelming period at West Ham United sandwiched in between.

Vlasic has really kicked on this season, though, as he’s registered an impressive 14 goal involvements for Torino.

Such form has alerted some big clubs, with Italian giants AC Milan having a good look at the former Everton star.

But, according to Tuttosport, it’s Borussia Dortmund who are in pole position to sign Vlasic after holding internal discussions over a potential bid.

He is deemed a replacement for Julian Brandt, who has been tentatively linked with a move to Everton, interestingly.

Brandt’s contract expires at the end of the season, so he is set to become a highly sought-after free agent.
