Everton enjoyed a fantastic win at the weekend against Aston Villa – but it may well have come at a cost.
The Toffees went 10th in the Premier League table courtesy of a fine away performance which featured a brilliant winner from Thierno Barry.
Would you even pay £30m for Jack Grealish? 🫣
The result has got Everton back on track, and fans are now hoping to see David Moyes overseeing a positive run.
But seemingly, he may have to do that without Jack Grealish, with the club providing a worrying update about the winger tonight.
Everton share worrying Jack Grealish injury update

Taking to their social media channels, Everton have tonight informed fans that Grealish has picked up an injury.
They have written (via Everton official): “Everton football club can confirm that Jack Grealish has sustained a foot injury.
“Jack is currently under the care of the club’s medical team, and will also be reviewed by a specialist in the coming days.
Who would you play at left wing in place of the injured Jack Grealish? 🤔
The winger is reportedly facing THREE months out – do Everton need to sign a replacement?
“Further updates will be provided in due course.”
Grealish played a full 90 minutes against Villa, so currently it’s unclear whether the injury happened in that game or in a training session since.

Iliman Ndiaye return is very timely amid Grealish news
Evertonians will have their fingers crossed that this injury for Grealish won’t be too serious.
But the confirmation that he will see a specialist is not exactly encouraging.

Thankfully for Everton though, Iliman Ndiaye is back this week following a successful AFCON that saw he and Idrissa Gana Gueye become champions with Senegal.
So while Grealish’s creativity would be missed, at least Ndiaye returning would cushion that blow.
And with Thierno Barry looking like he is finally settling at Everton, hopefully Ndiaye can start racking up some more assists.
