The summer transfer window is officially open and Everton are exploring a number of deals.

Everton have had multiple bids rejected for Hayden Hackney, who is keen on a move to Merseyside over other Premier League clubs.

The Toffees are also considering a move to sign Djed Spence from Tottenham Hotspur as David Moyes looks to strengthen at right-back.

After watching him for England vs Croatia, I’m convinced he’d be the perfect right-back signing this summer! 🔥

Everton ready bid for Torino’s Alieu Njie

According to Italian outlet Tuttosport, Everton are showing a serious interest in Torino’s young wide player Alieu Njie.

In fact, the Toffees have informed the Serie A side that they are preparing to submit a bid worth around £8.6m.

Initial approaches have already been dismissed by Torino, who are believed to be demanding £13m to even start talks.

Njie, who celebrated his 21st birthday last month, made 18 appearances last season, scoring one goal and laying on as many assists.

Despite limited game time, there are a queue of clubs who are keen on the winger, but only Everton are making concrete moves.

Njie is of a similar profile to Wilfried Zaha, according to Football Transfers, so he’d be a good fit for the Premier League.

Indeed, if he did join the Merseysiders, he’d likely be a squad player in Moyes’ side before developing into a potential starter.

That may not work in Everton’s favour, though, as Njie may prefer to move to a smaller club who offer regular playing time.
