Jarrad Branthwaite will be a topic that runs right through the January transfer window, and it looks as if Everton have a potential price in mind.

Everton need to get it right when it comes to Jarrad Branthwaite, as it’s highly unlikely they’ll get the opportunity to receive such a fee for a player in the near future.

Branthwaite has been an important figure for Everton this season, despite only starting three games due to injuries and caution with his fitness. In these games, Everton are yet to lose with two draws and a win.

Interestingly, Branthwaite has been told by Anders Limpar to stay at Everton for now, but it remains to be seen as to what the player has on his mind ahead of January.

It seems as if Everton have a rough price in mind for him should teams reach it in January, as an update has emerged involving Real Madrid and the defender.

Everton open to listening to offers of £58m plus for Jarrad Branthwaite as Real Madrid include him in their target list

Real Madrid aren’t the only club interested in signing Branthwaite, as Liverpool and Manchester United also want the Englishman.

However, there’s no guarantee that Everton will even sell the defender in the January transfer window, as he’s seen as a vital part of their immediate future.

Interestingly, a reporter has provided a bit of a transfer update on the situation of Jarrad Branthwaite at Everton, as well as listing the potential fee that could turn heads.

Rudy Galetti has stated that Everton would like to keep Branthwaite but would evaluate offers £58 million and above, with Real Madrid adding him to their list.

What do we know about Jarrad Branthwaite’s situation at Everton?

Branthwaite is being eyed for a new deal at Everton in an attempt to fend off any advances.

However, it now looks as if there are certain prices that could tempt Everton into a potential sale, though it does seems a huge risk in January as they’ll need to find the right replacement.

There have been murmurs of PSR issues still at Everton, but the Friedkin Group are believed to be well aware of the situation and have it under control.

Therefore, surely there isn’t a real need to sell in January, especially not for around £60 million.

When you look back at Harry Maguire joining Manchester United for £80 million once upon a time, surely Everton can demand a fee in that region for their young star.
