With all signs pointing the right way for David Moyes at Everton, there is yet to be any negativity surrounding the Scotsman.

There is a fresh feeling around the club as only Moyes could bring back what Everton so desperately needed.

The Toffees are well on their way to achieving their Premier League status for next season, as a new era begins at the Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium.

Moyes was ‘hugely impressed’ with Everton’s new stadium as it looks to be an exciting season ahead.

However, just like Sean Dyche, dressing room leaks are appearing again.

Dressing room leaks appear at Everton under David Moyes

After Dyche’s era at Everton ended on a toxic note, The Friedkin Group will be hoping to avoid the same for Moyes.

No signs are showing that yet, but things can take a dramatic turn very quickly, as seen under Moyes’ predecessor.

It became apparent that Everton players mocked Dyche, as it wasn’t a glittering ending for the former Everton boss.

However, Moyes’ approach seems to have got the squad in check, and dressing room sources have revealed the latest.

According to MailOnline it comes as no surprise that there has been much less negative noise leaking from the dressing room since Moyes’s return.

He sets the standards in terms of discipline and behaviour, and everyone has bought into it and is happier, which is exactly what you expect.

Everton have hit the jackpot with Moyes as long-term plan is set

Only the Scotsman could replace himself at Everton, as many managers have tried but failed.

Everton’s former managers between Moyes leaving in 2013 and returning in 2025
Roberto Martinez (2013-2016)
Ronald Koeman (2016-2017)
Sam Allardyce (2017-2018)
Marco Silva (2018-2019)
Carlo Ancelotti (2019-2021)
Rafa Benitez (2021-2022)
Frank Lampard (2022-2023)
Sean Dyche (2023-2025)

It’s proven that the Friedkins can’t make the same mistake, and if they make decisions like Moyes’ appointment, they’ll be just fine.

Like his first spell, Moyes has galvanised the club and made it a healthy environment when they needed it so much.

What he’s done in such a short space of time is remarkable and gives every reason why Moyes can be Everton’s long-term manager instead of a short-term fix.

He’s been praised constantly as Jordan Pickford loves Moyes’ attention to detail, and it seems like it’s only going to get better for the Everton boss.
