Everton are gearing up for what is set to be the most exciting summer in the club’s recent history.
There is so much set to unfold on Merseyside over the coming months, with Everton set to undergo a major reboot.
David Moyes is going to be able to finally add some players of his choosing to his squad.
But that is just the start as Everton will also be making the move to Bramley-Moore Dock as they bid farewell to Goodison Park.
Moyes knows Everton are safe from Premier League relegation now, with a 17 point cushion on the bottom three going into their game on Saturday.
And the work ahead of the summer has now begun on Merseyside.
The Friedkins are ready to spend some money at Everton, and Moyes is working on his squad to get an understanding on what is going to be needed in the market.

David Moyes’ secret work on Everton youngster Harrison Armstrong
Moyes has already identified some summer transfer targets for the Toffees.
It has been suggested Moyes wants to sign Tomas Soucek for Everton following their time together at West Ham.
But the 61-year-old also has one young talent in Harrison Armstrong to consider, and the Daily Mail claim he’s been closely watching the midfielder out on loan.
Moyes has been scouting some of his summer targets and it is believed he has been attending some of Armstrong’s games at Derby County.
Those at Everton are excited about Armstrong’s potential, with the 18-year-old already establishing himself in the Championship.
It is expected Armstrong is going to be given an opportunity to prove himself during the summer in the pre-season trip to the United States.
What David Moyes said about Harrison Armstrong’s Everton future
Armstrong is receiving interest from Blackburn Rovers following his short stint in the second tier with Derby.
Another loan deal could prove a smart move for the midfielder ahead of the new season.
The Englishman needs to be playing regular football for his development to continue and that may not be guaranteed at Everton next season.
Speaking on this very matter, Moyes spoke to the media on Thursday about the midfielder’s future.
“Walk into the first team is a big statement, to be a part of the squad is probably more likely,” Moyes said.
“Start of pre-season, we’ll bring him back in, and then we’ll decide then.
“We like him and we want him around. But we might think about another loan, but credit to him for going to the Championship and getting a starting position.”
