Everton told they can sign Yann Bisseck under one condition

Everton have been eyeing Inter Milan centre-back Yann Bisseck over the last few weeks after his impressive performances in the Champions League.

Bisseck has been a stalwart in their run to the Champions League final, where they will meet French giants PSG later this month.

Now, a fresh update has emerged on his situation, as Santi Aouna has revealed that Inter will allow him to leave if the right proposal arrives.

That’ll give Everton a big boost in their pursuit of the Switzerland international, who has interest from West Ham United, too.

Bisseck one of the best ball playing defenders in Europe

Bisseck would be a real statement signing for Everton if they do manage to land his signature ahead of the Hammers.

According to FBref data, the 24-year-old is one of the best ball-playing centre-backs on the planet, as he ranks in the top seven per cent for progressive carries per 90 compared to his positional peers.

Bisseck also sits in the top one per cent for touches in the attacking penalty area, further amplifying how assured he is at both ends of the pitch.

Inter are thought to be demanding around £33m to sanction his sale, so it would be a feasible deal to do for the cash-rich Friedkin Group.
