Everton had their first pre-season friendly on Saturday afternoon.
David Moyes’ side returned from their summer break earlier this month and kicked off their pre-season schedule against Dundee FC yesterday.
Everton defeated the Scottish outfit 4-0, with teenage midfielder Harvey Foster stealing the headlines after scoring his first goal for the club.

Adam Aznou really impressed as well, so the 20-year-old left-back could be set for a breakout season.
The Toffees are back in action next weekend against Bolton Wanderers, and with that said, here is the club’s full fixture list in case you’ve missed it.
Everton’s 2026/27 pre-season schedule
After the Dundee victory, Everton have six pre-season friendlies remaining ahead of the Premier League opener against Crystal Palace on August 22nd.
Moyes has 34 days to prepare his side for the new campaign, so the schedule is pretty jam-packed.
Here are all the games to jot down in your diary along with the venues and kick-off times.
- 25th July: Bolton vs Everton – 3pm at Toughsheet Community Stadium
- 28th July: Stoke vs Everton – 7:45pm at bet365 Stadium
- 1st August: Hamburg vs Everton – 4pm at Volksparkstadion
- 8th August: Stuttgart vs Everton – 4pm at MHP Arena
- 12th August: Everton vs Newcastle – 5:15pm at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium
- 15th August: Everton vs LOSC Lille – 3pm at the Hill Dickinson Stadium
The Toffees end their pre-season with a home clash at the Hill Dickinson Stadium against French outfit Lille.
Tickets are on sale for season ticket holders and members on the club’s website, with prices starting from £5 for under-18s.
Subject to availability, tickets will go on general sale on Thursday the 23rd of July at 10am.
