Sean Dyche has been under pressure at times already this season, and one available manager has come out and said he would love to manage Everton.

Everton haven’t been at their best so far this season, which led to a number of rumours regarding the future of Sean Dyche‘s future at the club.

It was claimed that Everton had already opened talks with Maurizio Sarri over potentially replacing Dyche, but nothing has materialised so far.

And, Jamie O’Hara claimed that David Moyes wouldn’t take the job yet.

However, there’s no point in even thinking of new managers unless things go downhill from here, as Dyche has the opportunity to keep on building at Goodison Park.

That hasn’t stopped one available manager from sharing his dreams of managing Everton.

Available manager dreams of managing Everton

The Everton job is naturally going to attract managers from here there and everywhere, especially with the takeover and a new stadium on the horizon.

There’s already a big history on Merseyside and a die-hard fanbase, it just hasn’t had the off-field presence to really flourish in recent times.

However, Dan Friedkin looks like he could be the man to deliver that for the fans.

Now, one particular manager has put his name in the hat for a potential Everton job.

When speaking to 72+: The EFL Podcast, Steve Schumacher has said that it’s his dream to manager Everton after being sacked by Stoke City.

He said.

“I haven’t come out of it thinking I need a break. I feel as though if anything, it’s given me a little bit more fuel, a bit more fire in my belly.

“I want be a manager in the Premier League, my dream job is the Everton job.”

Who is Steven Schumacher?

Steven Schumacher was actually an Everton academy product and managed the Under-11s.

He most recently managed Stoke City but was sacked after just 32 matches and a points per game of 1.42.

Before that he did enjoy promotion to the Championship with Plymouth Argyle, where he managed 108 games and had a respectable points per game of 1.83.

Unless he drastically improves, there’s no chance of an Everton job in the near future.
