Everton are in dire need of some extra strike power up top this month with goals proving their biggest issue.
Sean Dyche’s side have been able to keep seven clean sheets in the Premier League this season, which has only been bettered by two sides.
The Toffees are battling it out at the wrong end of the table and their lack of goals can be seen as their issue.

Even over the last month, Everton have shown improved form, but they have been unable to turn draws into wins due to their lack of goals.
With the window open, The Friedkin Group are looking to sign a new forward this month with two additions on the radar.
But there has now been a significant twist in the race to sign a striker who has been linked with Everton this month.

Everton told of Evan Ferguson twist with Brighton decision
With goals needed, Everton are eyeing a move for Brighton striker Evan Ferguson who could be available this month.
The striker is in need of more regular minutes to continue his development and the Toffees are in need of a source of goals.
According to GiveMeSport, there has now been a big twist in the Ferguson saga, with Brighton wary of picking up injuries in the winter month.
West Ham, Arsenal and Fulham are expected to make offers in the coming days, but the Seagulls are expected to knock them back, for now.
With Brighton hoping to loan out Ferguson, they could be left with egg on their face if he was to leave and they then pick up some serious injury issues.
However, there is one encouraging factor for Everton with Brighton not keen to offload Ferguson to a rival like Fulham.
But there are other obstacles to overcome if the Toffees are to bring in Ferguson given they are at their limit of loan players already.

Armando Broja needs an opportunity to shine at Everton
It may not have produced the result which Dyche would have wanted, but the 53-year-old finally replaced Dominic Calvert-Lewin last weekend.
Armando Broja has returned from his lengthy injury and is finally looking to make his mark at Goodison Park following his move in the summer.
After so long on the sidelines, Broja has been raring to go in an Everton shirt but Dyche cannot be put off by him failing to score against Nottingham Forest.
The future remains uncertain for the player he replaced with Dominic Calvert-Lewin receiving interest from Italy ahead of his contract running out.
It would seem Everton’s future lies away from Calvert-Lewin and Broja surely deserves opportunities to prove his worth now.
