Jack Harrison left Everton in the summer of 2025.

After spending two years on loan at Everton, the decision was made not to retain Jack Harrison’s signature on a permanent deal.

It was reported that David Moyes wanted to sign Harrison if Leeds allowed him to leave on a free, but that never materialised.

The 29-year-old was kept on by Daniel Farke for the first half of this season but was then shipped off on another loan deal in January.

With that said, we’ve had a look at how he’s been getting on.

Jack Harrison has been underwhelming since leaving Everton

Harrison made 13 appearances for Leeds this season but failed to score a goal and register a single assist.

Farke made the decision to send him out on loan in January, as he joined Serie A outfit Fiorentina on a six-month deal.

The former Everton wide player has netted one goal whilst laying on three assists in 12 appearances in Italy, which is a decent return.

However, according to Corriere dello Sport, Fiorentina haven’t been convinced and have already decided not to sign him on a permanent deal.

Unless Harrison has a sudden rise in form, they won’t activate his £6m option-to-buy clause, which is a pretty damning indictment.

Despite that, Harrison has admitted he’s enjoying his time in Italy.

“It’s very positive coming here,” he told FourFourTwo.

“I’m getting more minutes and playing in the Conference League has been an incredible experience, travelling and playing, a small taste of what it would be like in the Champions League.

“Coming out here has opened my mind to a lot more possibilities. Just being open and adaptable to go anywhere and to find that happiness. That’s a key thing for me.”
