‘King McGinniesta. What a man,” said Grealish on his Instagram story.
McGinn still has two years remaining on his current deal with Villa, which will certainly make any agreement this summer a difficult one for the Blues.
Moyes has pushed Everton to sign McGinn, with the Toffees having already seen bids knocked back by Villa.
It remains to be seen whether Everton return for McGinn in the summer, but he is certainly showing he is still more than capable of producing on the highest stage at the age of 31.
The midfielder has returned four goals and four assists in the Premier League alone this season.
A further five goals and an assist in the Europa League only highlight why McGinn is wanted on Merseyside.
Everton may fall slightly short of European qualification this season, and players with this experience could be what is needed ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
