Jamie Carragher raves about Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye
Manchester City’s James McAtee hailed Iliman Ndiaye after his showing on the weekend against Southampton.
Ndiaye netted the final two goals at Goodison Park and provided the Toffees with all three points.
Speaking on Monday Night Football, Carragher broke down the goals scored by the Senegal international as he shared his admiration for the Everton forward.
“This support has kept them up the last few years, imagine if they were any good,” said Carragher.
“I’m not too sure how much Everton will have to spend in the summer with their new owners, but this fella when you think of Sean Dyche and Kevin Thelwell who were buying the players, I think he’s fantastic.
Referee Michael Oliver bizarrely gave Ndiaye the match ball following the victory on Sunday afternoon.
Considering the Blues have endured a turbulent campaign, Ndiaye really has shone out throughout the term when he has been fully fit.

Iliman Ndiaye’s Goodison Park farewell message
The Senegal international has enjoyed a solid first season back in England having only signed for Everton in the summer.
Ndiaye has become a fan favourite at Everton with the forward very quickly being rewarded with his own song.
Brighter times are ahead for the Toffees under the Friedkins and fans will be hoping to see Ndiaye lead the attack.
He will forever have a place in Everton history now following his goals on Sunday and he took to social media to share his thoughts on the historic ground.
‘Prouder than ever to have been part of such a special moment yesterday and to have scored the final goals at Goodison Park,’ he said.
‘Huge thanks to all the fans for making it unforgettable and for your support all along the season.’
