Manchester United fans were impressed by the performance of a £17 million Everton player at Old Trafford.

It’s impossible to take many positives away from a 4-0 loss against Manchester United, as the defence were all over the place and we lacked any kind of quality in the final third.

Everton are still two points ahead of Wolverhampton Wanderers on nine points, but the Old Gold will travel to Goodison Park on Wednesday in what is a must-win for Sean Dyche.

Dyche’s job was deemed as safe heading into the Manchester United clash, and we’re yet to get much of an inkling as to whether things have changed since the defeat.

One player who’s always given their all for the Everton boss is Iliman Ndiaye, and that was no different against the Red Devils, despite him struggling to have much of an impact.

Manchester United fans were impressed with what they saw from the Senegalese international, as they took to social media to praise him.

Manchester United fans react to Iliman Ndiaye’s Everton display

These Manchester United fans took to X to share their excitement about Iliman Ndiaye.

@theredspade00 was impressed: “Ndiaye is a proper baller these dribbles are crazy.”

@rashyfaze mentioned: “Iliman Ndiaye is so good.”

@ryugafutbol commented: “Ndiaye the only positive for Everton.”

How Iliman Ndiaye played against Manchester United

Iliman Ndiaye was pointed out as the only positive against Brentford last week, which seems to be the case every game at Everton.

His performance against Manchester United lacked a bit of end product and quality at times, but he was one of the only players trying to make something happen.

He had a 95% passing accuracy, 61 touches, made one key pass, completed one dribble, won seven duels, completed five dribbles, won seven duels, lost possession 14 times and was fouled twice (SofaScore).

Despite playing out of position on the left-hand side, the £17m man has done rather well for himself and already looks a real quality signing for the Toffees.
